The 0.35 ha (0.86 acre) site is located at the junction of Anyards Road with Portsmouth Road in Cobham. It was previously the site of Coveham Hostel, a part single, part two storey residential complex for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The existing buildings on the site were demolished in late 2023 after approval was granted to the planning application for redevelopment.
